You know what’s awesome about tofu? It tastes delicious fried.
I was reading through a heart healthy catalogue trying to find something to go with The Best Crab Cakes Ever, when I found a recipe for tofu cakes. I decided to turn these healthy veggie steaks into fried wonderfulness, only to be thwarted in my plan by completely and totally sucking at cooking tofu.

But as soon as I put the slices in the pan I knew something was wrong. Soon this was what I was dealing with:
The epic fail that is this dish enabled me to feel confident naming it the Sin FAIL! of the week, my punishment for attempting to turn a heart healthy dish into a heart attack.
