The Big Egg

This sandwich was epic, and made even more epic because Befri was here to enjoy one with me. West Coast Winos be representin' in Portland this weekend, and we started with famous food cart The Big Egg. Brioche bread, pumpkin butter (we love pumpkin!), bleu cheese, arugula, bacon and egg. Like I said, epic.
