Nihon in San Francisco is one of our favorite spots. Whiskey + sushi = what could be better? Especially popular among us and pretty much everyone else that goes there is the Devil’s Manhattan. Super delicious. Behold.
Nihon makes their own pepper and vanilla infused bourbon, which is the base of this amazing cocktail. Also included are Carpano Antica and a house-brandied cherry. I haven’t tried to replicate it at home yet but sure would like to. Delicious.
