Last week I visited another San Francisco favorite–Coco500. They have an excellent wine list, but I always have a cocktail. Always. The bartender there is simply excellent. On this visit I was very excited to encounter a new summer addition, the Sandia Especial.
This lovely summer drink consists simply of cachaca, green chartreuse and muddled watermelon. With a very festive and summery appearance, it is just sweet enough, an excellent thirst-quencher, and oh-so delicious. Probably pretty easy to make it at home too!
