Hey Seattle, I’m coming for your brains!

To be more specific, I’m coming to fill them with lots of delicious, sexy knowledge during three (yes three!) workshops the weekend of January 18 & 19, 2014.

Each workshop will be highly informative and driven by practical knowledge driven, meaning I want you to leave there with an actionable list of ways to obtain your goals. If that’s not enough to get you there, I have amazing giveaways from Sportsheets as well!

If you have any questions about the workshops, feel free to email me at info[at]queeriebradshaw[dot]com.

3-4 pm, Sat., Jan. 18
Center for Sex Positive Culture Annex
1608 15th Ave W
Seattle, WA 98119

This interactive workshop will explore the barriers facing LGBTQ people and discuss how you can be actively involved in the legal, social and political movements working to break down those barriers. From employment discrimination to pornography, school bullying to reproductive rights, the workshop will encourage attendees to look at the issues from a holistic perspective and view LGBTQ issues within the context of other forms of discrimination. Using Writing to Enhance Your Sex Life

5-6:30 pm, Sat., Jan. 18
Center for Sex Positive Culture Annex
1608 15th Ave W
Seattle, WA 98119
$20, $15 in advance

This workshop focuses on how to use writing as a way to explore, analyze and pinpoint sexual expression, desire and fantasies. From blog posts on gender identity to fantastical erotica to sensual love letters exchanged between partners, writing allows people to explore sex and sexuality in safe, unique, fluid ways, with a depth and personal reflection that conversations don’t always allow. In the workshop, we will discuss various types of easy, effective writing styles, words and phrases to use when you don’t want to sound cliche or cheesy and scenarios in which writing could be used to better your sex life. Everyone will leave the workshop with a small written piece to take home.

Sizable Orgasms: Comfort, Confidence and Pleasure for All Body Types

7-9 pm, Sun., Jan. 19
Wild At Heart
1111 NW Leary Way
Seattle, WA 98107
$20 individual, $30 pair, $40 triad

We all know confidence is sexy, but in a society that spends $20 billion a year trying to convince us we need to lose weight, it’s hard to look in the mirror and love what you see. This workshop will give you tips, mantras and emotional exercises to work through the self-doubts and own your body, whatever shape or size it is.

Once the emotional is covered, the workshop will delve into the physical aspects of sex at different sizes, including positions that work better for larger bodies, how to work around protruding bones on smaller bodies, ways to conserve energy and prolong sex, ideas for couples with a major difference in height, and other proven sex tips. We will end with a Q&A session where Lauren will answer your personal questions and help troubleshoot any sexual problems you may be having due to self-confidence or body type issues.

You will leave the workshop with a concrete list of practical ideas to feel comfortable and confident in their personal and sexual lives.

All three workshops are open to all regardless of gender, orientation, or relationship status.

Hope to see you at all three!
