Mixed Tape Mondays: Songs Added to an Emotionally Charged Mixed Tape Then Later Regretted

The best thing about music is that almost every single person on earth can find a song that best describes how they feel. From excitement and joy to heartache and love, it’s one of the most creative ways we all express ourselves. Because everyone pretty much experiences the same emotions, many songs are written based on those emotional experiences and we all can relate to them. So for today’s playlist, we put together a list of songs one would put on an emotionally charged mixed tape for a loved one, but later regretted. I once emailed a couple of Adele songs to an ex telling him to listen to the lyrics and to understand that’s how he made me feel. Now, I feel totally stupid having done it. At that moment, those songs described exactly what I was going through. But now I think, “What the fuck was I thinking?”
